About Us
Your Path To Recovery
Serving the Belton/Temple area, we specialize in athletic rehabilitation and performance training for overhead athletes, ACL injuries, weightlifters, and gymnastics and cheerleading athletes.
What We Offer
Our services bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. Through force plate analysis, velocity-based testing, and isometric strength profiling, we use objective data to inform progressive programs rooted in strength and conditioning principles. This allows athletes to return to sport with confidence, capacity, and resilience — not guesswork.

Ian Ekery
PT, DPT
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
Owner
Ian is a licensed physical therapist and a proud alumnus of the inaugural class of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Since graduating in 2017, he has practiced exclusively in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. Early in his career, Ian worked directly with team physicians for the Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers for three years, gaining extensive experience in return-to-sport rehabilitation, particularly for the shoulder and knee. His clinical interests center on shoulder and elbow injuries in throwing athletes, as well as knee rehabilitation following ACL and meniscus surgery.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Ian is a firm believer that high-quality rehabilitation should integrate foundational strength and conditioning principles throughout the entire rehab continuum. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as core faculty in the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor’s DPT program, where he teaches orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and sports medicine. He also maintains an active interest in research and plans to defend his PhD dissertation on performance testing in college baseball players in the spring of 2026. Ian is an active member of the American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy’s (AASPT) Athletic Shoulder Special Interest Group, further supporting his focus on high-level shoulder rehabilitation and new graduate clinician mentorship.
Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their two dogs, Elvis and Storie. His hobbies include playing disc golf, guitar, working out, and spending quality time with friends and family.
